Brandi’s Kitchen Ep 2: Beet Greens Green Smoothie

This smoothie is so satisfying and delicious. It makes a great introductory smoothie. The recipe includes beet greens, mango, blueberries, strawberries, banana, dates, and apple juice.

Substitutions

* Use chard or spinach instead of spinach
* Use whole apples instead of juiced apples

    1. can i be anal about ADD or ADHD? yes i can..with adhd you have just as much problems with bnigring up concentration as with add .when tasks are boring to the adhd-er they zone out just as easily as the add-er does. adhd-ers do it with speed and add-ers kinda get lost in the sea of thoughts that rage through their heads..add-ers also have the tendency to appear as lazy;there not..they simply need time to charge up their batteries (mostly when they apply hyperfocus/concentration)..in case of anything that an add-er finds interesting,they can do that for hours in a row without any concentrationproblems..this also goes for the adhd-er..and last but not least..a lot of kids with adhd grow up and their adhd morphs over the years into add..i know this has got nothing to do with henry..but its nice to have a better understanding of the most amazing thing of our humanbodies;our brains
