This recipe is delicious, simple, and the perfect morning green smoothie! The greens in this smoothie are collards–my favorite green. Collards make the best green smoothies because they are tame in one way and invigorating in another.
Oh, you may have noticed that I have a spoon into my smoothie. I like to eat my smoothies with a spoon because it slows me down and invites me to savor every bite. It’s economical too because I end up eating half as much than if I drank it from a glass. This is a pretty cool way to save money and still feel satisfied.
