#EatWorthy Refreshing Morning Tonic

Here’s a super simple hydrating juice to enjoy this morning!

#EatWorthy Refreshing Morning Tonic

  • Yield: 1 quart
  • Prep: 10 mins


1 celery heart or 1/2 bunch of regular celery
1 cup pineapple, fresh
2 medium green apples
1  thumb-sized piece of ginger
1 medium lemon


  • Any standard juicer will work just fine.
  • If you do not have a juicer, you can blend all of the ingredients and then strain out the pulp using cheesecloth or a nut bag.


  1. Juice all ingredients and enjoy!
