*To make the toasted oats, simply pour a thin layer of organic rolled oats onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 350 F. Stir every 5 minutes.
*The cashews and almonds were soaked overnight in water, and then dried in a dehydrator. Drying the nuts is optional.
*I used stevia as a sweetener to eliminate any added sugars. But you can use whatever you like.
