Quick RAW VEGAN Pizza Recipe


I shared this pizza recipe over 2 years ago and it still looks delicious!

Basically, you take a 4x4in flaxcracker (any kind will do…you can also buy them!) and spread 1/2 of avocado on top. Oh, and you mush the avocado with a fork beforehand. And then top the avocado with whatever you have! I used tomatoes and mushrooms. To marinate the mushrooms, take 3 medium mushrooms, slice them thinly and add 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 clove of garlic (minced), and a heavy pinch of Italian seasoning. Allow to sit for 20 min.

Try adding peppers, a quick seed cheese, nutritional yeast, and/or fresh herbs!

And it makes a perfect lunch. You can pack all of the pizza components individually, and then assemble the pizza at work!

  3. Thank you so much for this recipe! It can be so hard to eat raw affordably, so it’s much appreciated. Also, pizza has to be the hardest “bad” food for me to resist.
