How to make your Almond Milk Creamier…


I have a quick tip to increase the level of creaminess in your almond milk!

Add in Brazil Nuts!

Here’s the Almond + Brazil Nut Milk Recipe 🙂

  1. Soak 1 cup of raw almonds and 1/2 cup of raw Brazil nuts in 3 cups of water for 8-24 hours. There is no need to soak the nuts separately.
  2. Drain the nuts and add them to a clean blender. Next add 4.5 cups of fresh water to the blender. Blend for 30 seconds or more. You want the mixture to be super pulpy.
  3. Strain the pulpy mixture through a nut bag, cheese cloth, or juicer.
  4. That’s it! I personally like to add a few drops of liquid stevia, but that’s optional.

This recipe yields 5 cups of creamy Almond+Brazil nut milk. YUM!
