A few weeks ago, I told the participants in my RAW. YOGA. LIFE. 21-Day Online Challenge that “when you feel worthy, you eat worthy”….and I have been reflecting on it since.
I love it because it is so true.
How we eat is a direct reflection of how we treat ourselves, and how we treat ourselves is a reflection of how we really feel about ourselves. For example, it is very difficult to eat unhealthy food when you feel amazing…and it is very difficult to eat healthy when you are depressed.
